- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0055 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Aeroflex Equipment at Whiteman AFB, MO. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423690. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 100 Employees. This acquisition is for full and open competition. All offers are to remain valid until 1 Oct 2011. Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available.
