- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLKEASE CONTACT: Andre Armstrong, Branch Chief, Andre.L.Armstrong@us.army.mil This is a market survey to locate potential sources to supply all of the Guardrail Modernization parts specified below (i.e., only being able to provide some of the parts is not satisfactory). The parts to be supplied are as follows: * Data Processor Unit (DPU), Part Number (PN) 108562-01, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 0PCT4, National Stock Number (NSN) 7010-01-591-1070; * Antenna Feed Unit (AFU), PN 108503-01, CAGE Code 0PCT4, NSN 5985-01-590-8842; * Circuit Card Assembly, PN 108855-01, CAGE Code 0PCT4, NSN 5998-01-597-3410; * Circuit Card Assembly, PN 108856-01, CAGE Code 0PCT4, NSN 5998-01-542-8626; * Circuit Card Assembly, PN MDA108341-01, CAGE Code 0PCT4, NSN TBD; * Circuit Card Assembly, PN MDA108384-01, CAGE Code 0PCT4, NSN TBD; * Circuit Card Assembly, PN MED108924-01, CAGE Code 0PCT4, NSN TBD * Circuit Card Assembly, PN 900-08071-01, CAGE Code 3X893, NSN TBD; * Circuit Card Assembly, PN 12-0206/CC183, CAGE 0BDG1, NSN TBD; * Circuit Card Assembly, PN SI-9136B-1/CF1, CAGE 14632, NSN TBD. The Government does not possess detailed technical data or acceptance criteria for the parts above. The prime contractor for the Guardrail Modernization is Northrop Grumman (CAGE code 8X374). Northrop Grumman possesses the detailed technical, functional, and interface requirements documents for the DPU and AFU. Note, the circuit card assemblies listed above are components of the DPU and AFU. Interested potential sources shall provide the following information via email, in a response not to exceed 10 pages: a. Knowledge of the form, fit, and functional requirements for the DPU and AFU, with respect to application in Guardrail Modernization. b. Description of how the items to be delivered will be tested/verified, to ensure the requirements of Guardrail Modernization are satisfied. The deadline for responses is September 7, 2011.
