Description: This Request For Information (RFI) is for Off-Post Lodging Accommodation for Government personnel in support of the Military Training Service Support (MTSS) when Government lodging facilities are not available. The contractor shall furnish off-post accommodations if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative, designated in writing. The minimum requirement for lodging is defined as follows: 1. Single occupancy (1 bed per room) 2. Within 20 miles of Fort Huachuca. 3. Fully-furnished 4. Include microwave, Refrigerator and coffee maker 5. Lodging must have laundry amenities Additional Amenities preferred but not required: 1. Hotel shuttle that runs to Fort Huachuca 2. Internet * 200 bed nights at any given time * Cleaning and bed making * General cleaning, unless declined by occupant * Health and safety condition of room/s shall meet or exceed city, state and Government standards.
