The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center is hosting an Industry Day on Monday, 26 Sep 2011, to solicit feedback from interested industry representatives regarding an initiative by the WR-ALC/GRSKA to acquire Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance for the C-5 aircraft. 2. We welcome collaboration with industry to critically review our requirements and discuss mutual issues and concerns relative to our technical requirements and acquisition strategy approach. On the morning of Industry Day we will convene an open session for general discussion on issues and concerns. Beginning that afternoon we will schedule one-on-one sessions with each vendor interested in discussing specific issues and concerns relative to their company's interests. Each vendor will be allowed 10 minutes of discussion time for the closed sessions. Additional session time will be allocated for government posed questions. Sessions will be scheduled on a first-come first-served basis. There is no internet or computer access in the conference room available for company presentations. 3. Industry Day will be held at the Museum of Aviation, Warner Robins, GA. The Museum of Aviation is next to Robins Air Force Base. The conference will be in the Eagle Conference Room located on the 3 rd floor of the Eagle Building at the Museum. There is elevator and stair access. 4. Due to the expected level of interest in the program, we are limiting company participation to just two representatives each. 5. If you plan to attend (two representatives only), please RSVP to one of the above contacts by Tues, 20 September. We will email companies additional information once the government receives your RSVP.
