Description
Two each Modular Imaging/Orthopedic Surgical Table System. The Modular Imaging/Orthopedic Surgical Table System has the following salient characteristics: 1. Modular Base consisting of an * imaging top * ortho trauma top capable of interchanging - * Power function must adjust the height, Trendelenberg, Reverse Trendelenberg and Lateral Tilt 2. Imaging top needs to accommodate * Joint Imaging * Catheter Placement * GU Surgery * X-Ray Imaging * Full Head-to-Toe imaging 3. Ortho Trauma Table needs to accommodate * Hip Pinnings * Femur, Supine & Lateral IM Nailing * Humerus IM Nailing * Needs radiolucent removable GM Boards (to allow access to the pelvis during a procedure) * Needs to provide skin & skeletal traction 4. Position patient in supine, lateral, and prone positions 5. Carbon Fiber construction composite allows for X-ray (no-metal) for complete Head to Toe radiolucency 6. Interface with all mobile C-arms on the current market 7. Provide C-arm access for image guided procedures 8. State of the art traction boot needs to prevent loss of traction during a surgical case without undue pressure on the patient foot/ankle 9. Ability to rotate 180 degrees 10. Weight capacity of at least 500 lbs 11. Tempur Pedic Mattress Pad 12. Traction Arc attached to the base of the table (to provide constant traction while applying adduction/abduction of the lower extremities) The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Mizuho Orthopedic Systems, Inc., 30031 Ahern Ave, Union City, CA 94587, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2). The purpose for this sole source acquisition is to obtain an orthopedic surgical table which the table top may be switched out to provide for a wider range of surgical cases and provide surgeons the ability to scan head-to-toe for multiple injury surgeries and vascular surgeries. Mizuh OSI's orthopedic/imaging table system is the only surgical table that can satisfy the government's requirement. Information regarding compatibility is welcome.
