- Synopsis responce date and time are amended to read: respond by Oct 14, 2011 no later then 1:00pm Central Time. NSN 4730-01-158-9595, Plug Centering Bear. Critical Application Item. The DLA Land and Maritime Supply Chain (DSCC) is issuing solicitation SPM7M311R0066 as Unrestricted.This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Seanair Machine Co. (63630) P/N 70105-28034-041 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) P/N 70105-28034-041. Quantity being requested is 337, Unit Issue is EAa going to Conus DLA Stock Locations W25G1U & @62G2T. Various increments are solicited. Insp/Accept and FOB are requested at Destination. Delivery is requested at 120 days ADO. Packaging is I/A/W Mil-Std 2073-1D. Solicitation contains a 100% (337 ea) option. Solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on it's issue date of 9/14/11. the small business standard size is 500 employees for NAICS code 332996. Note 12 - Item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement of Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Note 26 - Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
