- Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation N4155711RC167FS is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 335999 and the small business size standard is 500 EMP. The following commercial items are requested: CLIN0001 (QTY 25 EACH) X26E Kit Blackhawk w/Serpa Holster: Right handed--26084 / (5 EACH) Left handed---26085 CLIN0002 (QTY 290 EACH) Training Cartridges 15ft Yellow Blast Door---model number:34200 CLIN0003 (QTY 160 EACH) Field Cartridges 21ft Silver Blast Door---model number:44200 CLIN0004 (QTY 120 EACH) Digital Power Magazines---model number: 26700 Other Pertinent Information: Requirement approved for Brand Name only. All shipping costs must be included in final quote. To be quoted FOB Destination direct to Guam. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 7 PM Eastern Standard time on Friday 2 September 2011. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Collect calls will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All proposals must be directly submitted by the firm registered in CCR that is intended to be the successful awardee. Proposal submitted by another firm on behalf of a CCR registered company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted.
