- Description
- DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to: NMR Consulting; 201 Defense Highway, Suite 200; Annapolis, MD 21401. This procurement is for Defense Information Technology Agency; BRAC Transition Program Office; Ft Meade, MD to procure the Chantilly Lab Relocation to Ft Meade. The procurement is authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 334119. The rack installation period of performance is 30 days from contract award. If the NS8 lab circuits (dependency for lab move) are not available an additional 60 days will be granted for lab move to allow for the circuit installation and testing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Any company that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer not later than 9:00 AM CST, 26 August 2011 via the following address: melissa.benhoff@disa.mil. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
