- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Dugway Proving Ground office is contemplating the procurement of eight (8) GC plug-in modules with flame-photometer detectors and eight (8) flame ionization detectors. These units must be compatible with Series 3001 or Series 3500 MINICAMs. Note: Funding for this requirement is not currently available. This requirement is for process to point of award only (reference FAR 52.232-18). Interested vendor's wishing to respond to this solicitation must provide pricing valid for a calendar period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the government's requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
