- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY! The Justice Management Division will be issuing a solicitation for the procurement of a comprehensive program of occupational health and wellness which includes, but is not limited to on-the-job injuries or illnesses, various screenings, health risk appraisals, examinations, health fitness, profiles and counseling, emergency medical treatment, and the administration of allergy shots and other immunizations to employees of the Department of Justice. Work will be performed in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. A single, firm-fixed price and time & material contract will be awarded on a competitive basis utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12 and will include a base period and four one-year option periods. Solicitation DJJA-11-RFP-0706 will be available within the month of August 2011 and will be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps web site, www.FedBizOpps.gov (hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available). The FedBizOpps website provides instructions for downloading the solicitation documentation. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This synopsis is issued for informational purposes only and is not to be considered a request for offer/proposal.
