Description
THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY-The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate a on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH), 1900 M Street, NW, Suite 710, Washington, DC 20036. The purpose of this procurement is to provide Resource Development and Academic Support to the Public Health Training Centers Program. ASPH represents the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH)-accredited schools of public health, and CEPH accreditation is a requirement for eligibility for inclusion in the Public Health Training Centers Program. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. The period of performance for this project is a base year and four (4) option years. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
