- The Natural Resources Conservation Service, Idaho State Office, has a requirement for Carpet Replacement in a 3,000 sq. ft building at our Plant Materials Center located in Aberdeen, ID. A competitive solicitation (# AG-0211-S-11-0004) will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation package will be available electronically on or about Monday August 22, 2011. Please print the Standard form (SF)-18 and all clauses and attachments. Quotes will be due no later than 4pm on Thursday September 8, 2011. Quotes may be submitted electronically by email to TANYA.ARNBERGER@ID.USDA.GOV or by facsimile to 208-685-6918. If submitting hard copy packages they must be submitted to Natural Resources Conservation Service, Idaho State Office, Attention: Tanya Arnberger, 9173 W. Barnes Drive, Suite C, Boise, ID. A site visit has been schedule for August 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM. More information regarding the site visit will be contained in the solicitation. An award will be made based on Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price as identified in the Evaluation Criteria to be included in the complete solicitation package. This RFQ is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS classification is 238330. (Size standard is $14.0 in millions of dollars). The Government intends to award this contract on an all-or-none basis. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 22, 2011. Detailed information will be included in the Scope of Work. The solicitation and all associated attachments must be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities Website: www.fbo.gov. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
