The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone or 8(A), Small Business and other business; with the ability to provide "SAME OR SIMILAR" functioning equipment of "SPHYGMOCORR MX PULSE WAVE ANALYSIS SYTEM NON-INVASIVE AORTIC BP MONITORING DESKTOP CONFIGURATION" Medical Equipment as listed below for James J. Peters VA Medical Center located at 130 West Kingsbridge Rd 10468. 0001.SCOR-Mx SphygmoCorr Mx Pulse Wave Analysis System Non-invasive Aortic BP Monitoring Desktop configuration, Including: SphygmoCorr Windows Software Suite AtCor Medical Electronics Module Model MM3 AtCor Medical/Millar pressure tonometer AtCor Medical ECG package AtCor Medical continuous monitoring package System documentation 0002. N-01 Notebook computer with factory installation and testing of SphygmoCorr software 0003. Comprehensive Hardware and Software Maintenance Contract that comprises of the following: 1. All parts and labor for the Electronics Module and the tonometer. 2. USA-based technical support personnel with on-site response guaranteed within 48 hours from receipt of support request (during weekends, response time will be within 72 hours from receipt of supportrequest). 3. Replacement with a loan unit if AtCor Medical cannot resolve the issue within the prescribed time. 4. Return of repaired unit to the customer within four (4) weeks of receipt of same at a service center. 5. All software revision upgrades provided free of charge. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery of the equipment. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "SPHYGMOCORR MX PULSE WAVE ANALYSIS SYTEM NON-INVASIVE AORTIC BP MONITORING DESKTOP CONFIGURATION", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, Socio-Economic category of firm, complete address, phone & fax number of contact.
