- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (Reference number W881AA11962001). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and the Defense Federal Acquisition. Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20110725. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 621399 and small business size standard is $7.0 Million.
