Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Period of performance: 01 Sept 2011 - 31 Aug 2012, plus 4 one-year options Shipping: FOB destination, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010-5400 Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price, Technology acceptable NOTE: The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-27. ++++++ DESCRIPTION: The United States Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) has a requirement for the following: The following consumables are required to maintain proper functioning of the GS Junior System currently installed at the Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory. 1. Part no. 1010FS Brand Name: Partek Product: Partek Genomics Suite (Concurrent License) Quantity: 1 The Partek Genomics Suite, part no. 1010FS brand name or equal software shall be a comprehensive suite of advanced statistics and interactive data visualization specifically designed to reliably extract biological signals from noisy data. The software shall support all microarray and next generation sequencing technologies including gene expression and digital gene expression (DGE), exon/alternative splicing and RNA-Seq, copy number and association, ChIP-chip, ChIP-seq, and microRNA in a single software package, allowing for analysis of multiple applications in one complete solution. With this concurrent or "floating" license, users can share any number of software licenses between multiple workstations through a computer network.
