- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Hub Assembly, Main Rotor Controls. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm-fixed price contract. There is one approved source of supply: Bell Helicopter (97499). The NSN, and Quantity are as follows: NSN: 1650-01-256-8192; Quantity: 26 each. Delivery: FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin; 473 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are NOT available and can NOT be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 31 Auguest 11. Letter RFP I/A/W BOA. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly.
