- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Bastrop, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP050111000030, for the requirements of: QUARTERLY KOSHER SUBSISTENCE - 1st Quarter FY12. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery dates, with FOB Destinations, will begin after October 1, 2011. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Food Service Warehouse, 1341 Highway 95 North, Bastrop, TX 78602. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be available on or after August 17, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 7, 2011. Payment will be made using the Government Purchase Card. All offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications yearly by either the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov or for each response by completing the representations and certifications section of the solicitation and returning them. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
