- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted request for proposal (RFP). Request for proposals are due electronically by 2 September 2011, 10:00am EST to NGNJ-USPFO-NJContracting@ng.army.mil. Include CAGE CODE in all proposals. The RFP is for a firm fixed priced contract. See attached Statement of Work. The New Jersey Army National Guard is looking for proposals to issue a contract for the Fleet of copiers used to support the New Jersey Army National Guard (NJANRG). We require a firm-fixed-price for a period of Two base years and Three option years. The contractor's solution will provide all hardware, software, training, licenses, maintenance, supplies (less paper). Pricing must be identified separately for each model type and copy volume, to include the cost per copy cost. The contractor must guarantee satisfaction for the performance of the copier provided. The contractor retains ownership of the equipment, parts, supplies, etc. provided under the contract and is responsible for their removal at the end of the contract. Copiers must be compliant with the Section 508 Law. This is a Best Value solicitation. Offerers will be evaluated as to the Best Value to the Government. The following evaluation factors will be considered for award: Price and Technical Capability, where technical is approximately equal to price. The Technical Evaluation will determine what best meets or exceeds the Technical Specifications in the Statement of Work. The Government intends to evaluate quotation/offers and award a contract without discussion with offerors (except clarification as described in FAR 15.304(e). The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). All FAR Clauses may be viewed in full text via the Internet at www.arnet.gov/far.
