SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: (1) 1 EACH BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: CAMCO Furnace Model J-12-1860 High Temperature Hydrogen Furnace with Optional High Vacuum Operation with the following salient characteristics: Type: Coldwall, Vertical Bell Maximum Temperature: 1200 Degrees C. Hot Zone: 18" (45 cm) Dia. x 60" (152 cm) H. Nominal Frame Dimension: 54" (137 cm) W. x 34" (86 cm) D x 145" (360 cm) H Power Requirements: 480V 3Ph. 175A 60Hz 380/400/415V 3Ph. 200A 50Hz Gas Requirements: 25-50 psig, regulated, clean dry Nitrogen 25-50 psig, regulated, clean dry Hydrogen. Roughing Pump: Dry Scroll Pump: Varian Triscroll 600, or equivalent High Vacuum Pump: Turbo Pump: 1600 Lps Varian pump, or equivalent. Pumping Requirements: 10E-7 torr 2 hours of ambient :10E-6 torr at 1000°C within 2 hours. Thermocouple: Type C Tungsten/Thenium Vacuum level: 9.0E-6 torr at temperature, 9.0E-7 at ambient Heating Zones: 3 independently controlled, 1 master, 2 slave Element Style:.125 Dia. Molybdenum rod, aprox 60' per zone (180') Gas flow during operation: 10 CFH minimum to 75 CFH Maximum Paperless data acquisition recorder: Yokogawa model DX1012, 12 channel recorder SCR power control: Watlow Power Series SCR controller, 3 in total Bubbler for humidification of process gas : -60 to +25 deg C operation Heated bubbler optional for higher dewpoint operation. Chamber construction: 304 / 316 Stainless steel Gas and Vacuum plumbing: 304 / 316 Stainless steel, Swagelok, conflat and NW THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
