Description

SF18 Clauses Required Specifications A Total Organic Carbon and Nitrogen Analyzer is required by the Corvallis USDA ARS FSCRU Integrated Agricultural Systems and Biofuels Research programs to quantify total organic and inorganic carbon and nitrogen in soil to assess carbon and nitrogen sequestration and cycling as affected by agricultural land use practices. See attachment for required specifications. This is a combined synopsis/soliciitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #: AG-0415-S-11-AA01 is issued as a request for quotation. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offers are advised to include a completed copy showing compliance with FAR 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items.
