- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for:Qty 1 ea, 8' Masoneilan Model 38-41535 Control Valve with 316 SS body and 316 SS HF fullarea single stage Lo-dB trim. Duplicate of Valve Serial No. S263350-1Qty 1 ea, 4' Masoneilan Model 70-41525 Control Valve with 316 SS body and 316 SS HF fullarea trim. Duplicate of Valve Serial No. JA94022-1-1Qty 1 ea, 8' Masoneilan Lo-dB Cartridge with 304 SS body wafer type, Cv-300. Duplicateof Cartridge Serial No. JA94022-1-2Qty 1 ea, 12' Masoneilan Lo-dB Cartridge with 304 SS body wafer type, Cv-780. Duplicateof Cartridge Serial No. JA94022-2-2PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE VALVES.The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2005-53. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 332911, 500respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for thisprocurement.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.Delivery to NASA Glenn Research Center, 21000 Brookpark Road, Receiving, Bldg 21,Cleveland, OH 44135.
