- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Tallahassee, FL intends to issue solicitation RFQP03141100026, for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-MEAT. The solicitation is setaside for 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will beOctober 17, 2011. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Capital Circle, NE Tallahassee, FL 32301. The contract type firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal or single mulpiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be in the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be made avaiable on or about August 18, 2011, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations, Federal Business opportunities website: http://fbo.gov. All future information about this acqusition, including solicitation amendments, will also be ditributed through this site. Interested parties are reponsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date of award for receipt of quotes is SEPTEMBER 09, 2011. Payments will be made using Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per 52-212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representation and Certifications Applications (orca) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
