- THIS NOTICE IS AMENDED TO SHOW A NEW RESPONSE DATE. THE RESPONSE DATE IS CHANGED FROM AUGUST 15, 2011 TO SEPTEMBER 15, 2011. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the UH-60A/L Power Unit, Aircraft. INPUT NSN/PN: 2835-01-337-3670 / 3800480-1; 2835-01-373-4275 / 3800480-2 OUTPUT NSN / PN: 2835-01-373-4275 / 3800480-2 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 24 each and a maximum quantity of 605 each. This includes FMS quantity of 101 each. This IS NOT a Critical Safety Item; therefore, solicited as "Full and Open". This item is not a commercial item. The Power Unit, Aircraft will be overhauled in accordance with the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-2835-214. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 12 per month for the Power Unit, Aircraft; NSN 2835-01-373-4275. Input will be 30 days after date of award (DOA). Product Verification Audit (PVA) will be completed 90 days after receipt of assets. Deliveries will begin 30 days after completion of PVA. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, EMAIL OR FAX at 256-955-9237. You may MAIL your request to CCAM-AL-M, Attn: Isaac McKenzie, Contract Specialist, US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. Send emails to isaac.mckenzie@us.army.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not be closed prior to the closing date stated above.
