- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 0010080329 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 19 August 2011, 10:00 A.M. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 511210, Size STD $25.0 million. This requirement is a 100% [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The requirements in this solicitation: Unity Pro with iOS Pro, Android Pro and Asset Server Client License 3EA The requirements in this solicitation are "brand name specific." The award will be all or none. Prices quoted shall be FOB destination. FAR provision 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors Commercial] applies to this acquisition to include the following addenda: All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR can be accessed via the internet at www.ccr.gov/. Confirmation of CCR registration will be validated prior to award.
