Description

Hubert Humphrey - CRA Procurement Package Parapets Building 1 Official Solicitation Description Def#65370 Findings: The parapet walls on the south and west sides of the building are leaning out of plumb. Exterior mortar joints are deteriorating and areas lack mortar in the joints. Recommendations: Dismantle the brick masonry and concrete wall caps of the parapet walls on the S&W sides. Reconstruct the parapet walls plumb and install vertical and horizontal reinforcing to prevent re-occurrence of leaning. (Approx 400 SF of wall) Mortar and replacement bricks shall conform to match existing color of rest of building All work shall be performed in accordance with Secretary of Interiors Requirements for Historic buildings, Walk through will occur on 9/07/2011 at 10:00 cst. All Vendors will check in at Security Desk, Building #1 at 1480 N Snelling St Paul Mn, 55108
