- This is a sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The Huntington District intends to negotiate a contract with Burgess & Niple, Inc., 5085 Reed Road, Columbus, OH, 43220-2513. Burgess & Niple, Inc. will provide revisions to the final plans and specifications for the Marlinton Local Protection Project, Marlinton, WV. In addition, this contract will include participation in the Biddability, Constructability, Operability, and Environmental (BCOE) Review for all work. A NAICS code of 541330 has been established for this solicitation. For further information regarding this solicitation, please contact Ginny Morgan at (304) 399-5963. 'The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.'
