- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-11-T-0032 is issued as an RFQ and is issued as UNRESTRICTED. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. NAICS for determination of size status is 334310. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Jackson, MS intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the below requirements. REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001 - Audio Visual Upgrade...see attached SOW and Addendum Site Visit will be arranged once quotes are received PLACE OF PERFORMANCE/SITE ADDRESS: CSJFTS THEATRE AUDIO-VISUAL UPGRADE, BLDG 1490, CAMP SHELBY, MS 39407-5500. EVALUATION: The award will be made to the low priced, technically acceptable offer. An award shall be made to the responsible offeror submitting a technically acceptable quote and offering the lowest evaluated price. Offerors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities and warranty data. Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted response to this provision as it compares to the minimum characteristics provided above. Therefore, it is essential that offerors provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. Award can only be made to those offerors that are registered through the Central Contractor Registration System.
