- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Simplified Acquisition Procurement to provide services of wastewater hauler and collect shower/galley/scullery water from Fort Myer in Rosslyn, VA; laundry water from National Linen in Alexandria, VA; or sewage from Fairfax County Water Pollution Control Division; then deliver each load to CDNSWC, Carderock, MD. A load (collection and delivery) will be needed approximately five to eight times a week for 50 weeks during testing for a total of approximately 300 loads. Only requests made in writing or email will be considered. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 562119. Award for this requirement shall be made on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. The solicitation is expected to be released within 15 days of this posting.
