- OFFADD: 42 CONS/LGCA 50 LeMay Plaza South Montgomery, AL 36112 SUBJECT: Orion APM ALX (Quantity 2 Each) DUE: 16 August 11 POC: William Stallings, Contract Specialist, Phone: (334) 953-3266; Fax (334) 953-3543 DESC: 26 Network Operation Squadron is requesting information for the Orion Application Performance Monitor (APM) ALX. This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought Synopsis) in accordance with FAR 11.104 (a) (b), is to determine if this product is commercially available. The item sought will have the following specifications: CLIN 0001-AA: Solar Winds Orion Application Performance Monitor (APM) ALX- License with 1st year maintenance (Unlimited monitors) (Quantity 2 Each) ITEM MUST BE BRAND NEW, REFURBISHED ITEMS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. Firms responding to this RFI are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company's full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this RFI will be due on 2:00pm, Central Standard Time (CST), on 16 August 11. PLEASE NO QUOTES AT THIS TIME, send an e-mail indicating you can satisfy this requirement to the below e-mail address. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
