- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to CLEAN AIR CONSULTANTS, INC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, Personal Protective (PP) clothing and equipment, prescription safety glasses, and any incidentals necessary to perform the High Efficiency Particulate Air HEPA Conversation of fourteen Downdraft tables atTinker AFB, OK. The contractor shall be responsible for issuing all Services and Supplies provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 24 August 2011 through 30 Sep 2012 This is a one time service. The estimated award date is 22 Aug 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
