- Bid Schedule Solicitation SP4500-11-R-0003 DLA Disposition Services has a requirement for the removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste at DLA Disposition Services Office Fort Jackson, Shaw AFB and surrounding locations. The RFP is a firm-fixed, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), F100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement. This will be a single award contract. The NAICS code is 562211. The resulting contract will be for an 18 month base period, and two 18 month option periods. FAR 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options, is included in the solicitation, as well as FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Under FAR 52.217-8 the Government may require continued performance of any service, within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract, for a total extension period not to exceed 6-months. Performance will be directed by the issuance of individual written task orders against the contract. In accordance with Provision 3.1, FAR 52.212-1(g) the Government intends to award the resulting contract without discussions. Any offer should reflect an offeror's best possible price as the Government does not intend to open negotiations nor offer bidders the opportunity to revise individual CLIN prices on submitted bids. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION, prior to contract award, the awardee must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Register. Only electronic proposals will be accepted. All prospective contractors and subcontractors must meet all Federal, State and local laws and regulations governing the handling, disposal, and transportation of various types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material and comply with environmental protection laws.
