- Description
- The National Marine Fisheries Service, Operations, Management & Information Service, 75 Virginia Beach Drive, Miami, Florida has a requirement for a vendor to - Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to Scan historical collections located at the Southeast Fisheries Science Center cruise reports to create an online database and update previous historical collections already accessible online in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: September 15, 2011, or date of award, whichever is later, through September 14, 2012, with priced options for an additional four years. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. This is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.bpn.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is B529 and NAICS Code is 519120, small business size standard is $7 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
