- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The M00146-11-T-2329 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest edition of the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and Defense Acquisition Circular 98-123. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code 813110, with a small business size standard of $6.5M.
