- The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 8.4) with Roche Diagnostics Corporation, 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46256-1025, under Roche ™s Federal Supply Schedule (#V797P-7347A), as the only responsible source to provide a MODULAR ANALYTICS EVO D-DAT System with 2 Modular Core, move of the existing equipment to the new laboratory, and reconfiguration of the current system. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 are incorporated. The Navy Drug Screening Laboratory Great Lakes has a requirement for a MODULAR ANALYTICS EVO D-DAT System with 2 Modular Core, move of the existing equipment (DDD and Module P) to the new laboratory, and reconfiguration of the current system. Along with the purchase of the additional D module, the reconfiguration will convert the current system into two 2 Modular Core systems to include information technology necessary to establish communication with our Laboratory Information Management System. The Open Market items being purchased in this acquisition are as following and are the only components being advertised under this notice: Custom Re-Configuration (QTY 1) HW Server DI Instrument Manager (QTY 1) There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334516 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Shannon Lertora at Shannon.Lertora@med.navy.mil (in subject line reference: NDSL Great Lakes MODULAR ANALYTICS EVO D-DAT System).
