Description: 115V Domestic W/H31B H1200 - Top Level Phantom Level 1 Rapid Infuser Qty. 3 Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0431 is issued as a notice to procure from only one source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). This proposed contract action is used for Critical Care Department for Level 1 Rapid Infuser, standard model and are compatible and specific to the currently used in the ICU of Naval Medical Center San Diego. The Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The source is Smiths Medical PM, Inc., CAGE Code: 63316, NAICS: 339112. Justification: As required by FAR 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that Smiths Medical PM, Inc. device is the only company that manufactures and distributes the supplies that is compatible with equipment currently used by NMCSD. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-53. It is the contractor 冱 responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
