- This modification extends the RFP due date to 11 August, 2011 at 1200pm eastern standard time. Questions and answers will be posted shortly. 3 August 2011 MEMORANDUM FOR: Offeror FROM: ASC/PKEIS 2275 D. Street Area B, Building 16, Room 128 Wright Patterson AFB OH 45433-7228 SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP), Dell/HP Hardware Maintenance 1. Request that you review the attached revised PWS for the IT Support contract FA8604-11-M-7088. Please provide a proposal in accordance with the instructions contained in this letter and all RFP attachments. 2. This order will be priced on a Firm Fixed Price basis, with a cost reimbursable line item for ODCs. 3. Provide a Technical and Price Proposal in accordance with all attachments. 4. The Period of Performance for this effort is is 12 Months After Receipt of Order (MARO). 5. The price proposal shall include the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure: CLIN 0001 Labor tiny_mce_marker ________ CLIN 0002 ODCs tiny_mce_marker ________ Total: tiny_mce_marker ________ 6.
