- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation number is W912GY-11-T-0061 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and the solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-53 effective 04 August 2011. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at the following addresses: http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html, http://farsite.hill.af.mil and https://www.acquisition.gov/far.The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 333319, the small business standard is 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted, full and open competition. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. CLIN 0001 Description: Single Station, High Volume, Low Pressure System designed for vehicle prewash to remove a heavy mud pack from military vehicles. The system shall be designed to deliver a high volume of water (up to 30-gpm) at a pressure (200-psig) to produce sufficient force achieving both distance and effective solids removal. The system shall incorporate a separate pump, hose reel, and variable nozzle. The system shall be skid mounted, wired and plumbed complete with an onboard 500-gallon supply feed tank. As a pre-wash component the system shall be designed for full recycle operation and interface with other components. Minimum Requirements: NEMA 4X electrical enclosure, rotary main power switch, push button start/stop pump control, 7.5hp motor 208-230v single phase 60hz, discharge hose and reel, pocket mount hose reel stand, trigger gun with variable spray nozzle, automatic fresh water makeup, automatic pump bypass, low level shutdown protection, stand alone drain line, integrated system interface capability, manuals (1) original and (3) copies. The system shall be fully assembled by the contractor before prior to acceptance by the Government. Hydro Engineering P/N: HDM1-IGP or equal. Qty: 2 each. Contractor shall submit delivery schedule. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Sierra Army Depot, 74 C Street Building 304, Herlong, CA 96113. If quoting an equal, contractor shall submit product information/specifications with quote.
