Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ-TGT-12-0006 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is 35.5 million. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration is soliciting for Garage Parking for Government Owned Vehicles located at 1401 H. Street, Washington DC, with the following minimum specifications: • 24/7 access • Indoor • Guaranteed space but not reserved • Self-Parking • Cannot be double-parked due to certain emergency situations that may occur • Quantity: 13 vehicles • Parking Garage must be within a 1-block radius of 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20005. The period of performance is October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed priced award. Award will be issued to the Contractor whose proposal has been determined to be the lowest price, technically acceptable. All questions, inquiries and responses must be in writing. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
