- Statement of Work and Drawings Wage Determination Solicitation clauses ST 1442 This presolicitation notice is to obtain an all required Design Services, and the removal and replacement of the existing inefficient and oversized Air-Conditioning System Equipment which currently serves the building 'Operations Area' and the building 'Administration Area', with new, properly designed and sized, high efficiency Air-Conditioning Equipment as described in the statement of work and drawings. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business side standard is $14.0 M. Performance period is 120 days from the date of notice to proceed. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFP will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on or about August 8, 2011. A site visit may be scheduled by contacting the National Weather Service listed in the Statement of Work. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested party for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
