- In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207, MICC FLW ICO intends to solicit unrestricted competitive offers to Design and Install TSC Fabrication Equipment, and to Provide Training to TSC Personnel on said equipment at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. MICC FLW ICO intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The period of performance for this requirement is one year after date of contract. The magnitude of of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contractor will be required to provide all materials, supplies, labor, tools and equipment used in the performance of this contract. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541420 and associated annual size standard is $7 million. The solicitation package will be issued in the form of a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be made available for downloading from the internet (GPE: Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website: https://www.acquisition.army.mil/asfi) address on approximately 15 August 2011 with a closing date scheduled for 16 September 2011. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/ amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources meeting the criteria stated therein may submit a proposal. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award.
