Description
This commercial requirement is for a quantity of three (3) each Radar Pressure Test Set, NSN 6625-01-591-3350RN, IAW CID A-A-59862, subject to First Article approval, to include technical manuals for Operation and Maintenance Instruction and three (3) Options each with a quantity range of one (1)to three (3). Test set is used in the ground pressure checking/testing of airborne dual pressure radar equipment. Nominal Dimensions are Width: 12.5 inches, Height: 9.5 inches, Length: 14.5 inches minimum. DC Voltage Rating: 20V minimum to 32V maximum. Delivery for First Article is 240 ARO contract, shipping to FE4608, FOB origin, with Option quantities due 180 days after exercise. The RFQ and required technical data will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities on 5 August 2011. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. This proposed contract action is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in the RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFQ and/or the data packages must be submitted in writing to jimmy.hicks@robins.af.mil with copy to tara.odom@robins.af.mil All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of quote.
