Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (NAVSUP FLC San Diego) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to RECYCLINGBINCOM. The requirement is to provide Earth Bin “ Square Recycler w/can and bottle flap “ 1,003 ea. No solicitation document exists (see Government-wide note 22). Justification is attached per FAR 6.305. Any Small Business concern that is capable of providing requirement is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
