- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1, intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract for an estimated quantity of road salt. The requirement will be procured using the procedures in FAR parts 12 and 13. This procurement will be solicited as a 100 percent HUBZone small business set-aside. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 325188. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov. The anticipated solicitation issue date will be on or about 05 August 2011. The receipt date for the quotes shall be approximately 30 days after the actual solicitation posting date on the Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
