Description

The U.S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate, on an other than full and open basis, under the Authority of FAR Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, with David Eade, for expert advice to expand the use of administrative records and maintain and improve coverage of enterprises on the Business Register. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals, rather interested parties may submit a capabilities statement no later than 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 19, 2011 to Jen Farmer, Contract Specialist, at Jennifer.M.Abbott@Census.gov. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but capability statements will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issued to David Eade. Any other questions or concerns may also be sent via email to Jen Farmer at Jennifer.M.Abbott@Census.gov, as no phone calls will be honored.
