- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F6R3E11189A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, 04 AUG. 2011. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 333120 with the number of employees not to exceed 750. THIS REQUIREMENT IS CURRENTLY UNFUNDED. ENSURE QUOTES ARE VALID UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2011 Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: HENKE FV-12 6 WAY FOLDING NOSE PLOW OR EQUAL TO FIT VOLVO G710B GRADER FEATURES: -Multiple box reinforced 1/4" mold board -3/4"X6"X4" bottom angle -3" center pin with greaseable hinge points -Double acting 4" cylinders with "Polypack Type B" piston seal -Designed to accept machine down pressure - (2) 3/4"X6"X6' high carbon cutting edges -Includes nitrogen accumulators -47"HX144"W (straight), 130" full Vee or 124" angled -Includes Balderson style hooks-plow portion installed 11" Mushroom shoes Swivel feature for plowing uneven terrain Two hydraulic functions for proper operation. Heavy duty 4.5" bore, double acting lift cylinder with 2" chrome plated rod (12" stroke) (4) lift arms: with replaceable, grease able pins held secure with industrial style keepers. 1" thick back-plate designed to fit specific grader model includes Balderson Style BLQ12 OR EQUAL male lift group with manual locking pins includes jumper hoses Vendor is responsible for all fabrication and installation to include necessary hydraulic lines valves and manifolds Delivery to Eielson AFB, 99702 must be included in price.
