Description

The U.S. Coast Guard, Acquisition Directorate, Washington, DC intends to issue a sole source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Aviat U.S., Inc., 637 Davis Dr. Morrisville, N.C. 27560-6835 for the repair of failed Harris Stratex Constellation microwave radio components. This particular radio is no longer manufactured or available for purchase, so the individual components must be repaired. Aviat is the most experienced and capable of providing quality repair work in a short period of time. The NAICS Code is 237130. The small business size standard is $33.5 mil. The contract type will be firm fixed price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another source is available, negotiations will conducted with AVIAT U.S. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL COMMUNICATIONS SHALL BE IN WRITING.
