- Drawings for RFQ #RA1330-11-RQ-1073 SF 1442 Request for Quote form This is a presolicitation notice to provide construct perimeter wall and concrete slab with integrated trench drain system National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NWFSC Manchester Research Facility, Port Orchard, WA as described in the statement of work and drawing ( 5 pages). This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $14.0 M. Performance period shall be 60 days from date of award. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on August 1, 2011, Solicitation No. RA1330-11-RQ-1073 and quotes are due no later than August 12, 2011. A site visit is scheduled for August 05, 2011 at 1:00 pm PST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
