- NSTec (CONTRACTOR) is working towards fostering a working environment of new employee's, recent college graduates and junior level employees to encourage longevity with the company. CONTRACTOR does not currently have any retention or rotational programs in place, CONTRACTOR's Operations and Infrastructure (O&I) Directorate is leading the effort and has identified the need and support for a rotational program. The program will offer four six month rotations through various areas with O&I. This requirement is to formalize the training for the rotational participants, which will be conducted though-out the two year rotational period. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all required services for establishing a Rotational Training program from conception phase to implementation in a class room environment. Areas of interest in Engineering, Business, Science and Technology rotational programs to include capstone or boot camp type events. Include a leadership development and coaching/learning program. Specific details of work assignments, deliverables, documentation, training, applicable standards, etc., shall be provided in individual task orders. The services may include, but are not limited to training in the areas of: Leadership and Core Concepts of Career Management Organizational Dynamics Field Engineering Business Technology Innovation Work Environment Communication Skills Action Learning SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all required services to: Work Included: SUBCONTRACTOR shall prepare and design the material, facilitate and conduct workshops/capstone events. Targeted employees will rotate between departments in O&I over a 2 year time frame for a period of 6 months each rotation. Upon completion of each of the rotation periods, SUBCONTRACOTR shall conduct a course over a 2-4 day period covering areas of leadership, technical and business knowledge gained. In addition SUBCONTRACTOR shall include a program orientation to be given to the managers to assist them with the rotation program expectations. Findings and results shall be presented by the SUBCONTRACTOR to the CONTRACTOR managers and Division Manager of O&I's Technical Services Division. Upon completion of training, provide the list of attendees and the course evaluations. Provide a completed copy of the required checklist to be used to evaluate the performance of the employee. INTERESTED PARTIES shall submit: 1. Demonstrated ability to deliver the Rotational Training Program by providing an outline of similar/tailored proposed program. 2. Demonstrate experience of performing the Rotational Programs by providing contact of contracts covering work similar in type and magnitude to that set forth in the FBO that have been satisfactorily completed. Responses are due by August 10, 2011.
