(ABOA): 91,571 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 105,307 Space Type: Residential Housing, Office, Conference/Classroom, including kitchenettes for self-service, laundry facilities and General Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 250 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 250 secured spaces, 60 of which must accommodate 15-passenger vans Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: Two Five (5) year renewal options Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
