Description

Solicitation and Product Specifications The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to register. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via fax; however, the preferred method is via email. Please send to the attention of the Contracting POC above; all emailed proposals must be received by the Contracting POC by the closing date of Monday, August 15, 2011 by 5 PM (EST). Also, all proposals must be valid for a minimum of 60 days; award is expected, October 3, 2011. Used, pre-owned or refurbished items will not be accepted. Provide product specifications for quoted item in accordance with the required product specifications in Section C of this solicitation. Provide estimated delivery date and include installation fees, if applicable.
